    The “Play Hard” side of the equation is present year round with a wide variety of fun activities that allow the team to get together and socialize.  Tundra hosts events including our well-known and anticipated Tundra Stampede BBQ, numerous Client and Staff appreciation events, the annual Camping & Golf Trip, and quarterly Poker Tournaments. During the summer we also share weekly BBQ’s on our back deck.

    Community Contribution

    At Tundra, we maintain our corporate commitment to community through actively supporting organizations such as The Kids Cancer Care Foundation, Canadian Blood Services, Brown Bagging for Calgary’s Kids, Calgary Police Service, Hockey Alberta, and numerous local hockey programs.  Tundra is also an Imagine Caring Company, which means at minimum 1% of our profits are donated to the community.  In addition to financial support, Tundra encourages employees to get personally involved in the community by volunteering their time, often during company hours.

    Professional and Personal Development

    A healthy mind and heart lends to a healthy contributor to the success of the company. Each month employees are offered a wellness subsidy to use at their discretion. At Tundra, we fully support our employee’s personal development through financial aid for additional courses and training needed for growth.  Tundra also has an internal training program called Tundra University that allows leaders to develop their skills and advance their careers.
