Another Great Stampede Party in the Books

July 23rd, 2010

On Thursday, July 15th, Tundra Boiler and Instrumentation hosted their 10th Annual Tundra Stampede BBQ.

Guests were treated to some good food, great company and a bit of our signature Tundra hospitality. The weather could not have held up any better contributing to the largest event yet with over 600 attendees.

With the help of generous contributions, Tundra raised over $2,000 in support of Roan, a brave little boy who lost his leg in an accident earlier this year.

Harmonic distortion and the related problems are more and more prevalent in electrical distribution systems. Utility providers have implemented Harmoinc distortion specifications that would limit their customers as to the amount of harmonic distortion their facilities can contribute to the power grid.  Tundra recently featured an ad in Process West outlining their new line of Variable Frequency, Low Harmonic Drives that will help to eliminate this problem.  Click here for more information.
