    We have an opening for an Inside Sales Manager to work with our Technical Inside Sales team to achieve our organizational goals.  The successful candidate will be a sales professional who thrives in a work-hard, play-hard corporate culture.     • Creates a collaborative environment focused on ensuring all sales team members meet or exceed their personal and organizational goals.
    • Experienced establishing and reviewing key metrics including budgets, sales targets for the department as well as individual team members, customer satisfaction ratings and overall margins.
    • Has displayed an ongoing successful process of reviewing sales orders for accuracy in terms of materials, pricing, value and for additional sales opportunities.
    • Shows the ability to adapt and can think on their feet while overcoming Customer objections or sourcing out the best solution for a technical requirement.
    • Displays an assertive, collaborative and sometimes diagnostic approach to sales with an understanding that the sale starts at the minute of the first contact. 
    • Coordinates with the accounting department to ensure invoicing accuracy and to resolve any and all vendor issues.
    • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure sales orders are accurate and shipping in on time.
    • Communicates with all other cross functional departments to ensure complete Customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 5+ years experience in an supervisory inside sales technical role - Valve/Instrumentation products role is preferred.
    • Must have a technical background in instrumentation, controls, valve, automation, or a similar engineering/science related field
    • A minimum of a two year technical diploma from a recognized Post Secondary Institution.
    • Good oral and written communication skills in English.
    • Proficient with MS Office.  Data base or C.R.M. software experience would be an asset.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to create positive internal and external relationships
    • Time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills must be stellar
    • Must be able to work as part of and lead a dynamic, driven, results oriented team
    • Additional management or supervisory training or certification would be an asset.
