    Tundra has an opening for a Client Training Coordinator based in the Calgary Office reporting to Safety and Administrative Service Manager.  This successful candidate will be part of the client relations team consisting of three other individuals with positive attitudes, excellent organization skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional experiences to all guests.     • Planning all training classes and client tours
    • Creating invitation, generating email blasts regarding events and tracking responses
    • Measuring against established Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
    • Collecting training fees from all participants
    • Responsible for projection, execution and reconciliation of the budget for training classes and events
    • Assembling training material including Power Point presentation, promotional items, nametags, demo material and any other needs
    • Coordinating post training social events for two day courses if required
    • Creating, managing and tracking the campaign using CRM (Salesforce)
    • Updating and managing the training section of the Tundra website
    • Management of all in house meeting spaces and common areas
    • Setup and clean-up for all meeting space
    • Ordering all necessary catering
    • Schedule management of all in house spaces
    • Working with the department managers to create, plan and execute the schedule of classes for the year
    • Coordinating off site training and lunch and learns
    • Booking facilities, hotels and meals throughout Alberta
    • Being on site the day of training to ensure smooth delivery of the event
    • Coordination of all facility need, such as subcontractors and cleaning arrangement to ensure the space is in the perfect condition at all times
    • Organization of internal culture including birthdays, new additions and moral enhancement
    • General tidying throughout the office to ensure a clean space when clients visit
    • Hand written notes to clients
    • Maintaining and stocking client swag, gift bags, food, drinks and other items clients may need during their visit to the office
    • Obtaining all promotional material needed for each training event
    • Weekly purchases and errands for client, and staff needs including purchasing of food, client gifts, offsite delivery and any other need clients may have while visiting Tundra
    • Reception coverage during lunch and in case of illness


    • A diploma or certificate from an accredited post-secondary institution
    • Minimum two years direct experience in a similar role. A comparable combination of experience and education may be considered
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with changing priorities, and have the ability to solicit and gain assistance when required
    • Must be detail oriented, a self-starter and demonstrate efficiency
    • Social media management considered an asset
    • Works well in an individual setting and in a team environment
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
    • Advanced level Microsoft Office 2010 or higher
    • Quick learner with strong organizational skills
    • Outgoing personality with the ability to greet clients and host with a positive impact
    • Customer relations experience and excellent mannerisms
    • Strong sense of visual merchandizing
    • Personal transportation required
    • Overtime may be required
