We go the extra mile to make sure that our Clients are having their needs met whenever they arise. This often includes working outside standard 9-5 hours. Tundra is a busy place, so expect to be very busy all the time.
• Do you thrive in an environment of independence? We expect that our team members utilize their time effectively and prioritize their activities to get the job done. We look for people who manage their time effectively and produce results in a professional environment, free of having their activities micromanaged every second. If you prefer a role where someone tells you exactly what to do, and a role where you receive a lot of structure and monitoring, Tundra is likely not the place for you.

Drilling down, eliminating barriers and finding new solutions for Clients and coworkers is a key in our success. Out of every perceived conflict lies a chance to expand a relationship and gain a new learning! If you plan to work with us, you should be comfortable with healthy conflict and discussion.
• Are you known for your attention to detail? Tundra is an organization that offers very technical products and solutions. The details are crucial in everything we do, and missing a small detail can often be the difference between success and failure. We believe it is the little things that count - all of them!
• Are you committed to ongoing self development? Much of the training at Tundra is done through self-study. To be successful at Tundra you need to enjoy learning new things, often on your own time. We also believe in constant self improvement, including weekly technical training and financial support for most education you are interested in pursuing, whether it directly relates to your job or not.
• Do you have a sales sense? Tundra offers a very broad array of products, services and solutions, many of which our clients may be unaware of. It is everyone’s job - from Receptionist to the President, from Field Technician to Accountant – to always be informing our clients about ways we can add value to their processes. You should be very comfortable providing additional information to clients on the products and services they may not know about.
