We are always looking for people who have a passion for lifetime success, who enjoy providing solutions for others, and who are capable of delivering consistently superior customer service. We work
hard and we play hard - and while this is definitely a fun and rewarding place to work, there are demands that go along with a position here, so we tend to be selective. After all, we want good
people to join us, stay with us and grow with us!
• Do you have an uncompromising work ethic? Our belief is that working hard and working smart will result in superior long term results and should be given industry leading rewards. We go the extra mile to make sure that our Clients are having their needs met whenever they arise. This often includes working outside standard 9-5 hours. Tundra is a busy place, so expect to be very busy all the time.
• Do you thrive in an environment of independence? We expect that our team members utilize their time effectively and prioritize their activities to get the job done. We look for people who manage their time effectively and produce results in a professional environment, free of having their activities micromanaged every second. If you prefer a role where someone tells you exactly what to do, and a role where you receive a lot of structure and monitoring, Tundra is likely not the place for you.
• Are you a team player? Tundra Process Solutions promotes teamwork and your team members expect that you will contribute and share each and every day. Sharing important information and pulling your weight ensures that everyone can succeed. Your team mates expect that you’ll give 100% every day, and you should expect the same from them.
• Are you a great communicator? Communicating effectively with clients and co-workers is extremely important, especially in stressful situations. Stressful situations happen every day, and being able to understand what you have heard and exchange thoughts is essential to our success.
• Can you manage conflicts as a road to success? We view conflict as an opportunity that has not yet been realized! Drilling down, eliminating barriers and finding new solutions for Clients and coworkers is a key in our success. Out of every perceived conflict lies a chance to expand a relationship and gain a new learning! If you plan to work with us, you should be comfortable with healthy conflict and discussion.
• Are you known for your attention to detail? Tundra is an organization that offers very technical products and solutions. The details are crucial in everything we do, and missing a small detail can often be the difference between success and failure. We believe it is the little things that count - all of them!
• Are you committed to ongoing self development? Much of the training at Tundra is done through self-study. To be successful at Tundra you need to enjoy learning new things, often on your own time. We also believe in constant self improvement, including weekly technical training and financial support for most education you are interested in pursuing, whether it directly relates to your job or not.
• Do you have a sales sense? Tundra offers a very broad array of products, services and solutions, many of which our clients may be unaware of. It is everyone’s job - from Receptionist to the President, from Field Technician to Accountant – to always be informing our clients about ways we can add value to their processes. You should be very comfortable providing additional information to clients on the products and services they may not know about.
At Tundra Process Solutions you can expect an environment that expects the best and rewards the best.
